Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We ship to UK addresses only.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT/BST) are processed the next business day.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes
4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product page includes a size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements for every size.
How Do I Return An Item?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Simply email us at support@lunamaeve.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once we've received and inspected your return, we process your refund within 10 business days; your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to show it.
